Shelby County Criminal History is a private reference resource. It does not store official records, conduct official background checks, retrieve records, or submit filings. Its function is to identify custodians such as the Shelby County Sheriff, the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit courts, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency CJIS, and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sex Offender Registry, along with independent research tools.
